PRIVACY NOTICE

This is the general statement of Pryme, owned and operated by Levante Holdings Inc. regarding the processing of data to notify users of the type of personal data processed and the purpose and extent of processing. This a notification of how Pryme handles or processes data, and not a consent form. This merely establishes the practices of Pryme in the processing of data as part of its operations and the use of its website and mobile application by its clients or the public. Further privacy notices may be provided by Pryme from time to time.

Processing of data

Pryme processes personal data to provide services to users who have opted to use its website or mobile application and avail themselves of the services of Pryme;

The Pryme website uses cookies to prevent security risks, recognize that the user is logged in, customize the user’s browsing experience, store authorization tokens, permit social media sharing, troubleshoot issues, and monitor anonymized or aggregated statistics.

Collection of personal data

Pryme collects the following personal data or information that may be necessary to enable it to provide the service/s to the users:

  • Name;
  • Contact information (address, email, mobile telephone number);
  • Credit card or payment information;

Method and timing of collection

Pryme collects limited personal information electronically via its website, mobile application, or email correspondence directly provided by the users wishing to avail themselves of Pryme’s services.

Data is collected when the users register on the website or mobile app as part of availing themselves of the services of Pryme.

Pryme collects and processes limited personal data to allow it to provide the services selected by the users.

Storage, transmission, transfer, and method of use of personal data

Personal data are stored in the electronic data processing systems maintained or managed by Pryme. Physical records are generally not kept by Pryme, and will only be used prior to the provision of services. Electronic records are generally stored in servers in the possession or control of Pryme or in cloud storage controlled or paid for by Pryme. Personal data are not transmitted or transferred by Pryme to third parties.

In handling personal data, Pryme complies with Chapter III of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Rule V of its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Retention Period

Pryme retains data in accordance with its policies on retention in compliance with laws and government rules and regulations. In the absence of an applicable rule of retention, personal data shall be retained by Pryme in accordance with locally and internationally accepted practices and standards.
